We are hiring a Founding Engineer to be the tip of the spear for turning Worktrace AI’s ambitious product vision into reality. In this role, you will be a key part of the founding team—ideating, prototyping, and ultimately shipping cutting-edge AI products. Besides building, you will identify key areas for engineering investment, build the technical foundation as we scale, and lead by example to build a healthy and strong engineering culture.
Collaborate with Research and Design to create new ways to use AI
Rapidly prototype product ideas and productionize novel AI research
Set the talent and culture standards for Worktrace AI’s engineering team
Love rapidly building user-facing products
Have experience with machine learning and/or data pipelines
