The role offers a competitive first-year compensation package between $300,000 and $400,000, covering base salary, equity, and profit sharing, with flexible hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Independently model complex systems without perfectly defined scopes.
• Experience shipping live consumer products, not just concepts.
• Ability to move between strategy and implementation quickly.

Responsibilities
