Job summary

Gondola is seeking a Founding Designer to shape the core user experience of a consumer AI-driven travel product. You will own critical UX decisions and influence the product roadmap from day one.

You will define the design system for a new consumer product and help build the team culture and processes. This is an early-stage role with enormous ownership and the chance to redefine travel experiences.

We are looking for a Founding Designer (employee #5) who is excited to reimagine the consumer travel experience with AI at its core. You will have enormous ownership over the shape and direction of the product, and you will be responsible for foundational user experience decisions. You will explore novel interaction patterns for how AI can fundamentally change how we experience travel.
