Percepta is hiring one of the founding members of its data team, a role that spans data engineering, data science and ML engineering. The right candidate will not be boxed into one area, but will have a center of gravity in one with range across others.

As a founding hire, you are writing the playbook—building pipelines, models, data packs, and ontology that turn messy enterprise data into AI-ready assets, and creating tooling to make data work faster and repeatable across customers.

Qualifications

• Experience across data science, data engineering or ML.
• Product instinct to build the enabling work.
• Ability to own and ship in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication with customer teams.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end pipelines and models from messy enterprise data into AI-ready assets.
• Structure and normalize datasets, define data packs and ontology for AI engineers.
• Develop internal data tooling to accelerate deployment across customers.
