Job summary

Dipp AI Technologies is seeking a highly capable engineer to own the gating path for agent action commits in our control-plane. Based in New York, this full-time role focuses on latency-sensitive policy evaluation and verification within a regulated environment.

You will design and implement pre-commit verification, ensure low-latency policy evaluation under enterprise load, and define robust failure semantics. Strong ownership and systems programming skills are essential.

About the role

You will build the enforcement core of Orcher: the policy evaluation and verification path every agentic action passes through before it touches a system of record. This is latency-sensitive, correctness-critical work where being wrong has institutional consequences.
