Job summary

UserTesting, the leader in human insight, is expanding its AI training capabilities. We’re seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to own end-to-end delivery of AI training projects—from initial conversations with customers to successful execution with internal and external stakeholders.

Remote within the United States, you’ll shape scalable processes, manage contributor communities, and balance project economics to meet client needs, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in operations, strategic programs, consulting, AI training, marketplaces, expert networks, data operations, or similar fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI training projects from initial scoping to successful execution.
• Develop sourcing strategies for contributor populations leveraging network, channels, partnerships, and other approaches.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage contributor communities with scalable workflows and communications.
