Job summary

Human Agency seeks an experienced AI Resilience Fund Manager to build and lead a new fund from inception. You will shape the portfolio thesis with a 20-year horizon, raise capital from day one, and actively source and execute investments across asset classes aligned with resilience to AI disruption.

You will work closely with leadership to refine the investment thesis as the landscape evolves, advising LPs on risk-adjusted positioning in a complex, AI-driven economy.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in fund management, venture capital, private equity, or institutional investing.
• Established network of potential LPs and co-investors; prior capital-raising experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a new AI resilience fund from the ground up.
• Define portfolio strategy with a 20+ year horizon.
• Lead fundraising and cultivate LP relationships from day one.
• Source, evaluate, and execute investments across asset classes.
• Advise investors on risk-adjusted positioning in an AI-transformed economy.
• Collaborate with Human Agency leadership to refine the thesis as markets evolve.
