Job summary

CoinLedger, Inc. is launching a full-service tax firm and seeks a founding EA/CPA to build it with our executive team. You’ll stand up the firm’s structure, compliance, and workflows, then lead end-to-end returns when filing season hits.

You bring a track record of high-quality, full-cycle individual returns, crypto tax expertise, and fluency with AI tools to automate where appropriate. This is a remote US role.

Qualifications

• Active EA or CPA credential in good standing.
• Full-cycle individual return experience from intake to e-file.
• Working knowledge of cryptocurrency tax reporting.
• Fluency with modern AI tools to aid tax work.
• US-based professional with ability to sign as preparer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and sign individual tax returns end to end.
• Handle client communications and manage client experience.
• Collaborate with AI/engineering teams to improve throughput and accuracy.
