Job summary

Ayosemi is building a groundbreaking AI accelerator in Boston. We seek a founding AI practitioner with hands-on experience with foundation models, distributed training, and neural networks to deploy models on prototype hardware and contribute to architecture decisions.

PhD or equivalent industry experience, fluency in Python and industry ML libraries, and a passion for translating deep AI expertise to novel hardware environments are required. This is a fully on-site, senior, full-time role.

Qualifications

• PhD in ML or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience training models at scale across many GPUs and large datasets.
• Strong Python proficiency and deep learning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and run models on prototype hardware and digital twins.
• Develop algorithms to train models in novel processing environments.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to refine processor architecture.
• Apply deep AI expertise to new hardware environments.
