Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer to design multi-turn voice and digital agents, integrate with CRMs, EHRs, and ticketing systems, and instrument everything for measurable outcomes. You will own deployments in customer environments and influence platform roadmap with field insights.

You will build production systems, manage agent orchestration, and advise on PII/HIPAA/PCI guardrails across diverse environments. This is a remote US role with travel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production code writing in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Ownership of systems running in production environments.
• Experience with forward-deployed engineering and solutions architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategic customer deployments and successful ROI.
• Build production systems with multi-turn agent workflows and integrations.
• Instrument deployments with monitoring, evaluation, and testing frameworks.
• Shape roadmap by feeding field findings back to Product and Engineering.
• Support pre-sales with live demos, architectural conversations, and pilots.
