Job summary

Clera is seeking an exceptional frontend engineer to join our founding team in San Francisco's hackerhouse. You’ll be engineer #4, shipping features daily and owning product areas end-to-end in a fast-paced AI-driven recruiting startup.

You’ll work closely with the CTO and early engineers to build agentic systems, leverage TypeScript/React, and shape the product direction with meaningful ownership and equity.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with TypeScript and React.
• Practical AI experience, preferably with LLM APIs.
• Startup mindset with high ownership and fast iteration.

Responsibilities

• Ship features to production daily and own product areas end-to-end.
• Collaborate with the CTO and founding engineers on architectural decisions.
• Build agentic AI-driven workflows to automate recruiting tasks.
