Job summary

PLACEM!NT by TZ Consulting is recruiting for a lead injectable provider at a new VIO Med Spa location in Midlothian, VA. The role combines patient consultations, treatments, and practice-building duties under medical director oversight.

You will own your patient base, perform neurotoxin and filler injections, and contribute to a brand-new location's clinical standards, culture, and growth strategy from day one.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia NP or PA license (unrestricted or eligible) to start.
• At least 1 year hands-on aesthetic injectables experience.
• Comfort in a production-based model with owned consultations and patient base.

Responsibilities

• Deliver neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments and lead consultations.
• Own the patient relationship from consult through follow-up and drive rebooking.
• Support the wellness side with hormone optimization and peptide therapy protocols.
• Set clinical standards for a new location under offsite medical director oversight.
