Job summary

PLACEM!NT by TZ Consulting is recruiting for a lead provider to launch a VIO Med Spa in Midlothian. You will run your consultations, perform treatments, and build your patient base with autonomy while backed by a national brand.

You’ll deliver neurotoxin and dermal filler services, manage the full patient journey, and help shape the clinical program from day one under offsite medical director oversight.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia NP or PA license, unrestricted, or eligibility to obtain one before start date.
• At least one year hands-on aesthetic injectables experience with neurotoxins and fillers.
• W2 employed lead provider role with clear autonomy and brand support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments and lead patient consultations.
• Own the patient relationship from consult through follow-up, driving rebooking and loyalty.
• Support hormone optimization and peptide therapy within scope.
• Set clinical standards for the new Midlothian location under established, offsite medical director oversight.
