TensorWave Inc. seeks a high‑performing Chief of Staff to directly support the Founders—COO, CEO & CGO. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, acting as a force multiplier across two busy executives in a fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, highly organized, and able to manage multiple high‑priority workstreams while maintaining flawless coordination with leadership, board, and employees.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in a Chief of Staff, operations, or similar high‑accountability strategic/operational role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, tailored for executives, boards, and staff.
• Proven project management skills with multiple high‑priority initiatives.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, able to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted right hand to both Founders, prioritizing time and energy across competing demands.
• Partner on strategic initiatives, providing well‑reasoned input grounded in business context.
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and agendas for meetings, boards, and external engagements.
• Represent the Founders' priorities in cross‑functional settings and ensure messaging consistency.
• Own multiple high‑priority workstreams, with clear milestones and timelines.
• Draft and refine internal and external communications, summaries, and recommendations.
