Reonic seeks a hands-on strategist to work directly with the founders and leadership to shape the company’s trajectory. You’ll own 0-to-1 strategic and operational projects, collaborating across Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Venture Development to advance high-priority topics.

We value startup experience, a top-university background, and a proactive, fast-paced mindset. English fluency is required; German is a plus. This is an on-site role in Augsburg or Berlin with competitive pay.
