Job summary

BJAK is seeking a high-ownership generalist to join the Founder's Office for the finance super app expansion. This role is for builders who can tackle ambiguous problems, move quickly across functions and help launch new financial products, markets, licences and partnerships.

You will work across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring and country teams, building trackers and execution rhythms, and owning urgent problems until they are resolved. Strong English communication is essential.

The Role

What You'll Own

• Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app.

• Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, hiring and operating plans.
