C10 Labs is seeking a founder-type operator to launch and lead its NYC studio. This strategic and hands-on role involves overseeing venture builds and executing a cohort-based AI incubator. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in entrepreneurial roles, a deep familiarity with the NYC innovation ecosystem, and a strong technical background in AI/ML.

Compensation includes a competitive salary of $160K–$200K+, performance-based bonuses, equity participation, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in entrepreneurial roles in Applied AI, product, VC platform ops, or venture studios.
• Deep familiarity with the NYC innovation ecosystem.
• Technical foundation in AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and launch of C10 Labs NYC.
• Oversee all aspects of venture creation.
• Execute a high-impact incubator program.
• Build strong ties with NYC-based founders and technologists.
• Serve as a liaison to NYC-based partners.
