Job summary

A family-owned construction company in Milwaukee is seeking a Superintendent for Foundations to coordinate schedules and ensure safety during projects. The role requires 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, knowledge of structural concrete construction, and effective communication skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in the construction industry or equivalent training.
• Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management.
• Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs, and admixtures is desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and resources for field operations.
• Ensure safety processes are completed, including JSAs and inspections.
• Attend client meetings and manage materials and tooling needs.
• Verify daily QA/QC and as-built documentation.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and develop Foremen and trade staff.
