• Disseminate results via high-impact publications and conferences; teach undergraduate and graduate courses.
• Advise and mentor undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral researchers; contribute to service and interdisciplinary collaborations.
• Demonstrate excellence in teaching, advising, and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds.
