Job summary

Sure-Dry LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on installer to join our crew and help homeowners protect what matters most. You will work with an experienced team at customer homes, learning valuable construction skills and delivering quality results daily.

No prior experience is required; you will receive paid, on-the-job training while performing foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pump, and crawl space system installations on various job sites.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform physical construction work.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously.
• Dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn.
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law)

Responsibilities

• Install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pump, and crawl space systems.
• Work alongside an experienced crew at customer homes.
• Safely operate tools and equipment.
• Deliver quality work and an outstanding customer experience.
• Take on new challenges at different job sites each day.
