Synergy Preserve LLC, based in Slaton, Texas, is seeking dynamic technicians to represent the company on foundation repair projects for residential and commercial properties. You will perform pier installation, slab leveling, and structural repairs; operate hand and power tools safely; inspect issues and complete repairs while maintaining a safe, professional job site.

Qualifications

• Experience in foundation repair or related trades.

Experience

• Experience in foundationrepair, construction, ora related tradepreferred.
• Knowledge of slab, pier and beam, and structural repairmethods.
• Ability to usehand and powertools effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to liftheavy materials andwork outdoors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
