Lovell Basement Solutions in Edwardsville, IL, is seeking a full-time laborer to join our small foundation repair team. You will start at the shop at 7am, work 10-hour days with potential overtime, and be part of a 3-person crew led by a foreman.

Duties include mixing and laying concrete, carrying rock, debris, and tools, digging, trenching, drilling, and other site tasks. Punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be on time and present 5 days a week.
• Willing to learn and able to catch on quickly.
• Able to maintain a good work pace.

Responsibilities

• Mixing concrete and laying concrete.
• Carrying buckets with rock, concrete, debris in and out basements.
• Digging and trenching on job sites.
• Hammer drilling and jack hammering.
• Drilling and other site tasks as needed.
