Groundworks Operations, LLC in Louisville, KY, is hiring Installers to travel to residential or commercial sites and install foundation and water management systems. You’ll work with experienced crews and receive industry-leading training and equipment to perform quality installations.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliability; you’ll handle site prep, installation tasks, and post‑job cleanup while staying on schedule and upholding the company’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trade specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to Lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor such as digging, back‑filling trenches, and site clean‑up.
• Assist with installation of products and services under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces such as crawl spaces and basements to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct.
• Foster teamwork by building positive relationships and supporting team goals.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
