Job summary

Met-Con Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled formwork and rebar associate to assemble and strip form systems, place reinforcing steel, and support concrete placement on active projects.

Work hours are 7:00am–3:30pm, with safety and quality as top priorities. Requirements: 3+ years in a related field; pay starts at $27 per hour, with potential increases for experience. Qualifications

• 3+ years in related field preferred.
• Ability to assemble and strip form systems.
• Experience placing reinforcing steel (rebar).

Responsibilities

• Assist layout and prep for pours; stage materials.
• Assemble, brace, and align wall form systems.
• Install form ties, walers, and braces as directed.
• Place reinforcing steel and chairs; tie per plan.
• Set embeds and inserts; support concrete placement.
• Strip forms safely and inspect for reuse.
• Assist crane/forklift staging; move form components.
• Follow all safety procedures.
