Job summary

Saint Anthony Hospital is seeking an accomplished leader to serve as the Executive Director of the SAH Foundation, a tax-exempt fundraising entity supporting the hospital. This role reports to the VP External Affairs and Philanthropy and collaborates with hospital leadership to align priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, public administration, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Master’s degree and/or CFRE designation preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising, philanthropy, or nonprofit management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of fundraising strategies and campaigns.
• Oversee day‑to‑day foundation operations and staff supervision.
• Manage $200M+ capital campaign and annual giving initiatives.
• Cultivate major gifts and donor relationships for campaign success.
• Coordinate with hospital leadership and departments for alignment of fundraising goals.
• Represent the Foundation at events and with the Board of Directors.
