TFI Family Services is seeking a dedicated Foster Care Worker to support children and families and help foster parents provide high-quality care. You will teach essential skills, advocate for children's well-being, and work within a mission-driven team.

The role emphasizes compassionate, family-centered practice, ongoing training, and a commitment to equitable outcomes for children in the foster system.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field; two or more years in human services.
• Experience in fostering, family support, or child welfare is desirable.
• Strong communication and empathy with families and children.

Job Description

As a Foster Care Worker, you will work closely with children and families to ensure children can thrive safely in their home environments. You will teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and building healthy relationships. Additionally, you will support foster parents by helping train, license, and guide them in providing the best care for the children in their homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field with two or more years of experience in the human services field.
