Job summary

Omni Family of Services Tennessee Inc in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Foster Care Team Leader to supervise case management staff delivering services to children in their caseload. This role ensures compliance with Omni policies, state regulations, and trauma-informed care principles.

The position requires a Master’s degree and supervisory experience, with a focus on children’s mental health and behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required for foster care services oversight.
• Minimum of three years’ experience with developmentally, intellectually and/or physically disabled individuals or special needs children and one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience required with children’s mental health and behavioral population.
• Valid Driver’s License, Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
• Verified state licenses/credentialing as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the activities of the case management staff who are responsible for all aspects of service delivery for clients in their caseload.
• Ensure job performance adheres to Omni policies/procedures and to OSHA, HIPAA, and relevant regulations.
• Lead and participate in team activities aligned with Omni’s ESTEEM values and mission.

As the Foster Care Team Leader you would be responsible for supervising and directing the activities of the case management staff who are responsible for all aspects of service delivery for clients placed in their caseload. This position directs the work of others to ensure job performance follows Omni policies and procedures, OSHA, HIPPA, federal, local and state regulations. Participates in team activities in accordance with the Omni mission and values.
