Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 4 years' experience, including 3 years in child welfare.
• Michigan social work licensure preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and team supervision.
• Lead team meetings, training, and staff development.
• Oversee child placement and caseload assignments.
• Partner with licensing, courts, and DHS to ensure compliance.
• Deliver case management services including counseling and referrals.
• Support children, birth families, and foster families through placements.
• Attend court hearings and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to case management staff.
