National Youth Advocate Program seeks a full-time Social Worker (LSW) to join the Foster Care Team in Newark, OH. This role provides community-based services, crisis intervention, and advocacy to youth and families, helping them achieve stable, safe lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• LSW license required.
• Experience with youth and foster care.
• Flexible availability including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family mental health services and crisis intervention.
• Travel daily to deliver community-based services.
• Coordinate and monitor youth services and plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with foster parents and families of origin.
• Support youth stabilization efforts and safety assessments.
• Respond to crises and support behavioral stabilization as needed.
