In this role, you will help ensure child safety, promote family stability, coordinate community resources, facilitate reunification efforts, and advocate for families through the child welfare and court systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage foster care cases and develop individualized service plans
• Conduct home visits and family assessments
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing family support
• Coordinate services with schools, courts, healthcare providers, and community partners
• Maintain accurate documentation and court reports
