Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, healthcare or other related fields is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
• A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all staff master skills required for their positions.
• Participate in annual training needs assessment and planning.
• Create and maintain applicable curricula for training.
• Research source material with Subject Matter Experts.
