Job summary

Arrow-Child- is seeking a Case Manager to coordinate treatment and services for foster and adoptive children and their biological families, ensuring intake paperwork is completed and entered promptly.

Responsibilities include developing assessments and treatment plans, monitoring licensing standards, providing consultations to caregivers, maintaining case notes, and serving as an education liaison with schools and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Social Services, or a related field and at least 1 year of experience working with children and families.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate placement of children in foster/adoptive homes and complete intake paperwork.
• Develop assessment, treatment planning, service delivery, discharge, and aftercare as per service package.
• Provide consultation for foster/adoptive families, biological parents, and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate case notes, billing, and treatment plans according to standards.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
• Coordinate with education and agency staff as needed.
• Maintain regular contact with families and monitor welfare via calls and visits.
