Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field is required.

• Experience working with at-risk youth and families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess family strengths and needs and apply treatment modalities and resources for growth.
• Develop and evaluate treatment and discharge plans; coordinate resources for youth.
• Provide case management, ensure counseling sessions, and monitor services with timely documentation.
