Job summary

United Methodist Childrens Home Of North Georgia Conference is seeking a Case Manager – Foster Care to coordinate placement of children in foster homes, oversee their well‑being, and ensure proper dismissal and follow‑up. You will supervise foster parents, deliver casework services to birth families, and collaborate with the Foster Care Supervisor and Program Manager.

You will work as part of a team, meet deadlines for compliance and budgets, participate in training, and contribute to outcome

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service or behavioral science field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and families.
• Proficient computer literacy including word processing and Excel.
• Organized and detail oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement of children in foster homes and maintain their well‑being.
• Provide casework services to birth families and children in foster care.
• Maintain and submit required records and compliance documents.
