Job summary

Lydia Home Association in Chicago seeks a licensed social worker to coordinate services for wards of the state and their families. You will ensure permanency planning, conduct home visits, and facilitate sibling visitation within juvenile court processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field, IL licensure via CERAP/CCA/402 exams, strong organization and communication, and willingness to support the agency mission. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Must become licensed by IL Department of Children & Family Services by passing the CERAP, CCA, 402 and Child Welfare exams.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9-5 PM

Requirements

Applicant must have Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field. Must become licensed by IL Department of Children & Family Services by passing the CERAP, CCA, 402 and Child Welfare exams. Must have strong organizational skills and good oral and written communication skills. Must have own transportation and current IL driver’s license. Must be willing to support the mission of LYDIA. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
