The Youth Service Bureau of Illinois Valley is seeking compassionate Foster Care Case Aides to support foster care services by transporting clients and supervising family visits under the Foster Care Supervisor. This position requires coordinating schedules, providing safe transportation, and maintaining professional communication with clients, families, staff, and partners.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma/GED.
• Experience working with children and families preferred.
• Ability to follow supervisory guidance in a structured agency setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record & auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations.

• Provide safe, dependable transportation for clients
• Supervise family visits in accordance with agency policies and procedures
• Maintain professional and effective communication with clients, families, agency staff, and community partners
