Job summary

Applied Intuition is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy and integrate vehicle intelligence for defense and government customers. You will work in small teams, owning end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects and serving as the technical bridge to real-world environments.

The role blends software, OS configuration, hardware integration, and system deployment, requiring deep engineering fundamentals and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in computer engineering, CS or EE.
• Proficient in C++ and Python.
• Experience integrating and deploying complex systems.
• Excellent communication and independent problem solving.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, and operationalize vehicle intelligence products for defense and government customers.
• Tackle software, OS configuration, deployment, and hardware integration challenges.
• Bridge customer systems with Applied Intuition solutions to deliver value.
• Design scalable, repeatable approaches for customer engagement and project execution.
• Develop architectural solutions to improve consistency and scalability across projects.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure outcomes.
• Take ownership of technical results and drive projects to completion in changing environments.
