PwC is seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineering – Senior Manager in New York to guide the development of innovative software for the Tax practice. You will lead teams, apply systems thinking, validate outcomes with clients, and drive continuous improvement in a diverse, inclusive environment.

You will mentor engineers, manage complex projects, and ensure solutions align with client needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience.
Experience leading software engineering projects across teams.
Experience applying systems thinking to software solutions.
