Job description

About Us

We are Credentially, a purpose-driven company committed to enabling accessible and safe healthcare for all. By 2030, our mission is clear: to credential 1 million healthcare workers annually, equipping them with the essential skills and expertise to deliver top-tier care. In tandem, we aspire to contribute 10 million additional hours of patient care to healthcare systems, enriching access to vital services and elevating overall patient outcomes.

Our Values

Our values are at the heart of our company and alignment with our values is the cornerstone of our recruitment process:

  • Doing the right thing: Integrity guides our every decision. We hold ourselves accountable to the highest ethical standards, ensuring honesty, transparency, and fairness in all endeavours.
  • Striving for excellence: We're relentless in our pursuit of excellence. By setting ambitious goals and fostering a culture of innovation, we push boundaries to exceed expectations and drive positive change.
  • Aligning as a firm: Collaboration is key to our success. We work as one cohesive team, leveraging diverse talents and perspectives to achieve our shared goals with precision and efficiency.
  • Measuring impactful outcomes: Results matter. We measure success not just by numbers, but by the tangible impact we make in transforming healthcare systems and improving patient outcomes.
  • Embracing teamwork and fun: We believe in the power of camaraderie and enjoyment. Through teamwork, laughter, and a supportive work environment, we inspire creativity and resilience to overcome challenges and achieve greatness.
What our software does:

Credentially is an all-in-one SaaS platform that automates the painful, manual process of onboarding and credentialing healthcare professionals. Instead of chasing paperwork and juggling spreadsheets, clinics and hospitals use Credentially to:

  1. Collect and verify documents (licenses, training, references, background checks).
  2. Check compliance in real time via integrations with official databases.
  3. Streamline onboarding with digital forms, reminders, and dashboards.
  4. Continuously track workforce compliance, avoiding expired or missing credentials.
  5. Reduce time-to-hire from weeks to days by scaling recruitment efficiently.

By automating credentialing, we save providers countless admin hours so they can focus on delivering patient care.

Position Overview

Our US pipeline is growing, and winning in that market takes deep US domain expertise up close to customers. We want someone on the ground who knows how US healthcare staffing and credentialing really works, can turn a customer's process into a clear recommendation, and feeds what they learn into the wider product roadmap.

You'll spend your time close to the customer. You work out what they actually need, shape the right answer with the product, and tell us honestly where the product falls short.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead early conversations with US customers and prospects. Ask the questions that surface how the organisation really runs, not how the process is written down.
  • Work out how the product solves a customer's real challenges, both what it does today and, more and more, what AI can do for them. AI is the fast-moving part, so a lot of this is judging where it genuinely fits a workflow and where it doesn't.
  • Turn what you learn into recommendations, grounded in what the product can actually do today.
  • Spot the gaps between what customers need and what we've built, and take that back to the roadmap. The real problem, not just the feature someone asked for.
  • Be a credible sounding board on US healthcare credentialing in front of enterprise buyers.
Skills and Qualifications

Essential (in priority order)

  • US healthcare staffing and credentialing domain knowledge. This is the non-negotiable. It's the hardest and slowest thing to learn, so you arrive with it. You know how US credentialing works, including the state-by-state complexity. You don't need to have run a travel-nursing desk, but you do need to genuinely know this world.
  • Curiosity. The trait underneath everything. You ask a lot of questions and you're determined to understand how something really works. This has to be there on day one.
  • Product judgement. Enough to make grounded recommendations and spot what's missing. The product itself is learnable.
  • AI appetite. You're genuinely into AI. You use it, you understand it, and you're happy to go deep. This matters both ways: how AI helps our customers, and how we use it as a team. The wider technical depth is learnable, the appetite has to be there already.
  • Startup generalist. Comfortable in ambiguity and happy to wear a few hats.

If you're strong on the first two and lighter on the rest, we still want to talk. Domain and curiosity are the slow, hard things to build.

Desirable

  • Experience working closely with enterprise customers, as a solutions PM, deployment lead or similar.
  • A feel for how modern AI systems get built and where they tend to break.
  • Commercial scoping experience, from discovery through to a solid statement of work.
Why Join Credentially

Real impact. Our customers are healthcare organisations. Better credentialing means more clinicians can focus on patients instead of paperwork. The work matters.

A new role to shape. You'll be our first product person on the ground in the US. You get to shape how the role works from the front line, not inherit someone else's playbook.

Close to the frontier. We're building AI into the product and using it heavily as a team. You'll be hands-on with how AI actually changes healthcare workflows.

Your voice shapes the product. You sit right next to the roadmap. What you learn in the field feeds straight into what we build next.
