Job summary

Tailor is seeking a Forward-Deployed Product Designer to lead customer deployments, translating complex workflows into intuitive product experiences, and contributing reusable patterns to Tailor’s design system.

You’ll collaborate directly with forward-deployed engineers, product managers, and internal teams to ship implementations that align with actual business processes. Based in the United States, you’ll travel 10–20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in software, preferably SaaS/ERP.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive product experiences.
• Experience designing for customer deployments and reusable design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design for customer deployments and translate operations into user flows.
• Bridge customer, product, and engineering with actionable decisions.
• Develop reusable design patterns and contribute to design system.
