Doppel is building the AI-native social engineering defense platform. We monitor billions of domains and apps, using AI agents plus human analysts to detect and disrupt threats at scale.

You’ll join the Forward Deployed Engineering team, owning enterprise deployments from discovery to production rollout, working with GTM and Product to scope solutions and deliver fast, minimally-touch integrations. This role requires strong software fundamentals, leadership, and the ability to turn field

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping production software.
• Experience leading technical direction and mentoring engineers.
• Experience with enterprise customers and turning needs into production systems.
• Familiar with APIs, webhooks, identity/authentication (OAuth, SAML, SCIM) and enterprise infra; SIEM/SOAR is a plus.
• Product intuition to distinguish reusable product vs bespoke solutions.
• Ability to operate with high agency in ambiguity and coordinate across teams.
• Strong communication and judgment; ability to move between customer calls and design sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead FDE technically by setting direction, mentoring engineers, and raising the engineering bar.
• Own our most strategic deployments from discovery through production rollout.
• Build end-to-end solutions across APIs, webhooks, SIEM/SOAR, identity systems, and email infra.
• Turn field work into reusable product and platform capabilities.
• Make deployments scalable with automation and internal tooling.
• Shape the product from field insights by aligning with GTM, Product, and Engineering.
• Define FDE boundaries and decide what should graduate into core product.
