Job summary

Neural Concept is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in New Jersey to collaborate with customer engineering teams, develop tailored AI-driven solutions, and apply deep-learning tools to CAD/CAE workflows.

You will train customer teams, deliver proofs-of-concept, and work closely with the product team to incorporate feedback. A strong background in engineering and machine learning, plus CAD/CAE experience, is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Physics.
• Strong Python programming and ML/DL framework experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers.

What you will do

• Implement projects together with the customer’s engineering teams, develop tailored solutions and analyse data for each project using Python

• Apply our deep-learning tools to different engineering/physics problems

• Deliver proofs-of-concept demonstrating how our technology creates value in CAD, CAE and manufacturing workflows.

• Train customer teams to effectively use the NC platform, ensuring smooth AI adoption into their workflows

• Work closely with the product team to translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Who you are

• You are eager to tackle real-world challenges through machine learning and automation, with a passion for reshaping how engineering is practiced by industry leaders.

• You have an excellent understanding of both Engineering and Machine Learning (strict requirement)

• You have experience with simulation. Industry experience in CAD / CAE (CFD, FEM, etc) modelling is a plus

• You hold a master’s degree in engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Physics

• You have strong experience with Python programming, and experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks and libraries

• You have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with people, and feel comfortable in the customer-facing role

• You can convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way

• Travelling: This position will require travelling to customer locations in the US.
