Job description

• We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer LLM / Generative AI with 5-10 years of experience in AI, data engineering, technical consulting, or solution delivery.
• The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and AI solution implementation by working closely with enterprise clients, data engineers, and AI teams to deliver production-ready Generative AI solutions.
• The candidate should possess a strong understanding of data platforms, including data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformation, and end-to-end data flow from source systems to AI models.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI application delivery is essential.
• The role requires the ability to understand solution architectures, API specifications, data models, and cloud-native AI services on AWS and/or Azure while collaborating with engineering teams to scope, prototype, validate, and deliver AI solutions.
• The candidate should have hands‑on exposure to AI platforms, Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent modern data platforms for effective collaboration with technical teams.
• Strong client‑facing experience is mandatory, including conducting discovery workshops, gathering business requirements, preparing Statements of Work (SOWs), technical proposals, solution documentation, and presenting AI solutions to senior business and technology stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate ownership of delivery outcomes, manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, and thrive in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
• Experience working in consulting, professional services, or embedded delivery models will be highly preferred.
