Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer – Fixed Income / Trading (GenAI) in New York, onsite. You will embed with Fixed Income teams to translate workflows into production-grade GenAI solutions, collaborating with technology, quant, and control groups.

Responsibilities include designing and building GenAI apps using Python and agent SDKs, creating RAG data pipelines, evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and governance, and ensuring security and privacy alignment for enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Python and software engineering skills.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI/Claude Agent SDK or comparable agentic frameworks.
• Strong prompt engineering skills.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
