Job summary

Huron is seeking a Senior Associate to build features and work across full-stack on AWS and Azure using Claude and other models. You will engage with users and sit with the business day-to-day to co-create solutions, maintaining quality and testing all releases.

The role requires 3–5 years of software or AI experience, strong Python and cloud skills, and a CS-related degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some RAG and agent experience, plus exposure to Agentic DevOps tooling (agentic coding tools, eval-driven pipelines). Meets the FDE-ready floor (Embedding L3 with AI L3) at day 0. Front-end skills. Healthcare or higher education exposure. AWS AI Practitioner or Azure AI-900 / AI-102.

General Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years building software or AI.
• Python, and AWS or Azure.
• A strong builder who is comfortable working with the business.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

The estimated base salary for this job is $120,000 - $145,000 USD.

The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.

This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy.

Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $171,100 USD.

The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.

The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
