Job summary

HRB in San Francisco is seeking a customer-focused engineer to own the end-to-end integration strategy of Variance for enterprise customers. You will partner with clients to understand their needs and shape their strategy with Variance.

The role involves building GenAI-powered workflows and automation for billion-scale events and acting as the primary technical contact for users. You will thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment, collaborating with a small, elite team and engaging

• Strong coding ability in Python, Java, or TypeScript.

What will your day‑to‑day look like

Own the end‑to‑end integration strategy of Variance to our enterprise customers

Understand and partner with customers to understand their needs and set their strategy with Variance

Build GenAI‑powered agentic workflows and automation for billion‑scale events

Serve as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our users

Requirements

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment

Past experience working with LLM solutions, and a deep understanding of GenAI

Strong Coder with proficiency in Python, Java, Typescript, or similar

Self‑directed and comfortable working with ambiguity
