Job summary

Greymatter Innovationz is seeking senior engineers to embed with banks, payment providers, and fintechs in Washington DC to turn fraud, false declines, reconciliation, and compliance challenges into production-ready AI, data, and software solutions.

You will own the delivery and shape product outcomes, building scalable services, data pipelines, and integrations with major cloud providers while deploying AI agents and ensuring PCI DSS compliance.

Qualifications

• Min. 8+ years of professional software/AI/data engineering experience.

Embed with banks, payment providers and fintechs to turn their hardest problems, from fraud and false declines to reconciliation and compliance, into production-ready AI, data and software solutions. You write the code, own the outcome and shape our product.

Key Responsibilities:

Own delivery end to end: from discovery and success metrics to production go-live.

Build production systems: services, data pipelines and integrations with payment platforms.

Deploy AI and agents: fraud and risk models, dispute automation, reconciliation agents.

Technical Skills:
