Job summary

IntelliSoft Technologies is seeking a Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer (Senior or Principal) to lead AI/ML deployments for enterprise clients in a remote setting with up to 25% travel to client sites.

This W2 role requires a proven track record delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale, strong customer-facing experience, and expertise in cloud-native design, APIs, and DevOps (CI/CD, containerization, orchestration).

Qualifications

• Senior or Principal level with a proven track record in building and deploying AI/ML apps at enterprise scale.
• 4+ years in customer facing or field roles.
• Professional certification on an enterprise AI, analytics, or data platform.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, ML, AI, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years working directly with customers in consulting, field engineering, or solutions engineering.
• Deployment of production-grade AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with modern web app development technologies and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with RAG and agentic AI frameworks.
• Cloud-native design and deployment experience.
• Strong DevOps and infra automation including containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps, data warehouses/lakes, and ops systems.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and executive stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with:
• Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Agentic AI frameworks
• Experience designing and deploying cloud-native solutions.
• Strong DevOps and infrastructure automation experience including containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications, data warehouses, data lakes, and operational systems.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
