Job summary

neurohire.ai seeks a recent graduate to join our deployment and applied AI enablement team in the United States. You will help deploy and configure AI and platform solutions, integrate with client systems, and validate environments.

You will work with senior engineers on customer sessions, create documentation, and contribute to reusable assets. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms while learning applied AI implementation patterns and best practices in a

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in CS, Engineering or related field with a strong foundation.
• GPA of 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
• 0–2 years in software engineering, technical consulting or implementation roles.
• Internship or relevant experience is a plus.
• Interest in customer‑facing engineering and applied technology delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying and configuring AI and platform solutions in customer environments.
• Support integration with client systems, data sources and workflows.
• Perform testing, validation and environment readiness activities.
• Troubleshoot implementation and integration issues under guidance.
• Support integration of LLM‑based applications and AI agents.
• Assist with prompt configuration, RAG pipelines, embeddings and vector search.
• Help monitor system performance, data quality and basic operational metrics.
• Collaborate with senior FDEs during customer discovery and workshops.
• Communicate findings clearly to internal teams; assist in documentation and runbooks.
• Capture deployment learnings and share feedback with product/engineering teams.
• Contribute reusable scripts, templates or configuration assets.

Key R͏esponsibilities

Deployment & Implementation Support:

• Assist in deploying and configuring AI and platform solutions within customer environments
• Support integration of solutions with client systems, data sources, and workflows
• Perform testing, validation, and environment readiness activities

Applied AI Enablement:

• Support integration of LLM‑based applications and AI agents
• Assist with prompt configuration, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search
• Help monitor system performance, data quality, and basic operational metrics

Customer Collaboration:

• Work with senior FDEs during customer discovery, implementation sessions, and workshops
• Communicate technical findings and progress clearly to internal teams
• Assist in creating documentation, runbooks, and training materials for customers

Product & Engineering Feedback:

• Capture implementation learnings and recurring challenges from customer environments
• Share feedback with internal product and engineering teams to improve future deployments
• Contribute reusable scripts, templates, or configuration assets

RequirementsDeployment & Integration

• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar
• Experience working with APIs and basic system integrations
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Applied AI (Foundational)

• Basic understanding of AI / ML concepts
• Exposure to LLM‑based applications or AI tools through coursework, projects, or internships
