You will work from zero to one on complex cross-functional challenges, delivering measurable outcomes with executive visibility and a fast-paced, founder-like environment.

Qualificações

• Experience building and deploying production software, data products, or automation used by business teams.
• Experience in CPG, consumer products, retail, manufacturing, or environment requiring end-to-end business operations.
• Experience with Python or similar data analysis language.
• Strong SQL skills with database architecture, table creation, procedures, and functions.
• Commercial acumen: connect technical choices to business value and understand how changes affect teams across the business.
• Sound engineering practices across testing, security, monitoring, and documentation, including validation of AI outputs.
• Founder’s mindset: take initiative, navigate uncertainty, move quickly, and stay accountable through adoption and results.

The opportunity

Build the next generation of how SharkNinja operates.

Join THE FIN, SharkNinja’s core internal transformation team, to build financial and operational capabilities from zero to one. You’ll embed with business teams, untangle complex cross-functional challenges, and turn them into reliable data, automation, and AI solutions—with the resources and reach of a global business. We are looking for a variety of career stages to build out this team.

We’re looking for deep technical ability, strong commercial judgment, and founder-level urgency. You’ll own delivery from understanding the problem through production, adoption, and measurable results.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

• Experience building and deploying production software, data products, or automation used by business teams.
• Experience in CPG, consumer products, retail, manufacturing, or another environment requiring an understanding of end-to-end business operations.
• Experience with Python or similar data analysis language

Experience that would help

• Palantir Foundry and AIP, or comparable enterprise data and application platforms.
• Embeddedengineering, business transformation, or product development in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Building intuitive interfaces that simplify complex data and workflows.
• Snowflake & DBT experience is a plus
• Production business applications in React is a plus

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range

$180,000 - $300,000 USD
